Praline Pumpkin Dessert

Mix:
1 can Pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 C sugar
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)

Pour into greased 9x13 pan.

Mix:
1 box Yellow or Spice cake mix
2/4 C butter
1 1/2 C pecans or walnuts
Sprinkle over the top of the pumpkin mixture

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Top with whip cream. Yum.

Pumpkin Mousse

Mix:
1 1/2 cup milk
1 package butterscotch pudding

Add:
1 cup whip cream
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp all spice
1 cup pumpkin

Mix all ingredients together and let set in fridge. Top with more cool whip and pecans if desired.
